Methods for Placing an Order
(1) We provide Purchase Order online, which is easy and fast. No registration, no login are required.
(2) Alternatively, purchase order can be sent to us by E-mail, fax or regular post mail.

Purchase Order Instruction
Customer Number
Once we receive your first order, we will provide you a Customer number. By using this number, you just need to tell us the purchase items directly and save your time.
Ship to
Detailed address is essential to calculate your shipping cost correctly and ensure successful delivery without delay.
Institution address includes Department and Room number, if applicable.
Bill to
If the Billing address is the same as Shipping address, check the box above. When a P.O. Number is used for payment,
provide the purchasing department's address, to which the invoice will be sent.
Payment Information
Institutional customers, who are working at universities, hospitals, research
institutes/centers may place orders with the P.O. Number from institution's purchasing department.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express credit cards, international/postal money order, check and wire transfer payable in U.S. or Canadian dollars. When issuing this type of payments, you will receive the detailed payable information in our confirmation letter.
Quotation Reference
For services, a quotation must be made prior to placing an order. By providing the quotation number, you don't need to give
detail description of your request again in your Purchase Order.
Purchase Item(s)
Provide catalog number, product/service names and quantity in corresponding fields. Click on "Add" to add more rows.
Authorization
A copy of Purchase Order Confirmation will also be sent to the e-mail address in this field if different from the one in
the Shipping address.

Shipping Methods
All products are shipped from our Shipping Department at Montréal, Québec, Canada. Our standard shipping choices are regular/registered post mail, or Purolator™. You can ask for a quotation on precise costs by telling us your detailed address at: order@lanleys.com
If you wish to use alternative shipping companies other than those mentioned above, enter your carrier number or the delivery information into the Comments/Questions field. In this case, shipping charges may apply.
