Price & Payments

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to change name, specification, price and delivery conditions at any time without notice. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Hazards & Toxicity

All goods provided by Lanleys International Inc. are intended for use by qualified professionals, who are trained in good laboratory procedures. We reserve the right to refuse requests at our discretion for genes/sequences from hazardous organisms.

No responsibility is assumed by Lanleys International Inc. for any injury and/or damage to persons or property as a matter of products liability, negligence or otherwise, or from any use or operation of any methods, products, instructions or ideas contained in the material herein. It is the users responsibility to ensure that all procedures are carried out according to appropriate Health and Safety requirements.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 15 days for a refund (not including postage). Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and returns can only be accepted with prior authorization. All returned items must be sent insured with proof of posting. All returned goods must be undamaged and, where sealed, unopened.

Please note that service-related products are not refundable.

Cancellation

In the case you changed your mind about the order, simply let us know by e-mail at order@lanleys.com within 24 hours after placing your order, providing your order has not yet been sent out. We will cancel your order.

Conditions & Warranty

If you experience a technical problem with any product, please contact the Technical Support Department promptly. Lanleys International Inc. expressly warrants that this product conforms to the specifications set forth on the applicable Certificate of Analysis. If Lanleys International Inc. determines that this product does not conform to the said specifications, we will replace this product at no additional cost to you. This limited warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser of the product.

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty and sets forth the exclusive remedies for all products and is in lieu of all other warranties.

Any provision herein to the contrary notwithstanding, in no event, shall Lanleys International Inc. be liable for loss of profits, loss of use or direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of research or development, anticipated profits or other economic loss, even though Lanleys International Inc. may have been advised of may otherwise know of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the liability of Lanleys International Inc. arising in connection with any products or with delivery, use or performance of the same (where such liability arises from a claim based on contract, warranty, tort or otherwise) exceed the actual amount paid for all products.

Shipping

All shipments are freight on board (FOB) shipping point. Lanleys International Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage to the product during the course of shipment. This includes accidents, theft, vandalism, labor difficulties or disputes, weather extremes, other acts of nature, or any other circumstances causing a delay in delivery.

Shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.

Normally, all items are shipped in a single shipment. If this is not possible, we will ship a partial order. Additional freight and ice charges may be applied to partial shipments. If you do not want a partial shipment, please indicate this when placing your order.

Written confirmation of telephone orders is usually not necessary. However, if you do send a written confirmation, please clearly mark it as such to avoid order duplication. If you do receive duplicate orders, please contact Customer Service immediately.

Taxes & Duties

No Canadian taxes are applied on international purchase order. However, the purchaser is solely responsible for any associated import taxes and duties imposed. If you are a tax-exempt agency, please submit a copy of your tax exemption certificate with your purchase order or fax a copy to Attn: Order Department at 1-450-678-4493.
