Expression of Rescue cDNA
List of expression vectors and prices
To validate the result from an RNAi experiment, expression of a cDNA that is insensitive to RNAi to rescue the
phenotype is often required. If you are studying the structure-related gene function, expression of a gene mutant during the knockdown
of its wild type counterpart might be found very helpful (Figure 1).

To ensure the co-expression of shRNA/miRNA and the cDNA of your interest, LBL scientists have developed novel plasmid vectors
among RNAi Combination Toolbox™, which allow you to express shRNA/miRNA and cDNA from a single
vector (Figure 2).

These vectors contain human U6 promoter-driven RNAi expression cassettes and CMV promoters followed by conventional cDNA
multiple cloning sites. Some vectors may contain SV40 early promoter for cDNA expression with respect to your different research purposes.
