Terms and ConditionsThe CompanyLanleys Biotechnologies Laboratory (LBL) is a part of Lanleys International Inc. Price & PaymentsPrices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change name, specification, price and delivery conditions at any time with or without notice. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Hazards & ToxicityAll goods are intended for use by qualified professionals, who are trained to carry out good laboratory procedures. We reserve the right to refuse requests at our discretion for genes/sequences/products from hazardous organisms. No responsibility is assumed by LBL for any injury and/or damage to persons or properties as a matter of product liability, negligence or otherwise, or from any use or operation of any methods, products, instructions or ideas contained in the material herein. It is users' responsibility to ensure that all procedures are carried out based on proper Health and Safety requirements. Returns PolicyOnce the product arrives, you may return it within 15 days for a refund. Return cost is the responsibility of the customer and returns can only be accepted with prior authorization. Therefore, advise us before returning the product. All returned goods must be undamaged and, where sealed, unopened. CancellationIn case you want to cancel the order, simply let us know by e-mail within 24 hours after placing your order. Providing your order has not yet been sent out, we will cancel your order. Conditions & WarrantyIf you experience a technical problem with any product, please contact the Technical Support team promptly. LBL expressly warrants that this product conforms to the specifications set forth on the applicable Certificate of Analysis. If LBL determines that this product does not conform to the said specifications, we will replace this product at no additional cost to you. This limited warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser of the product. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty and sets forth the exclusive remedies for all products and is in lieu of all other warranties. Any provision herein to the contrary notwithstanding, in no event, shall LBL be liable for loss of profits, loss of use or direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of research or development, anticipated profits or other economic loss, even though LBL may have been advised of may otherwise know of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the liability of LBL arising in connection with any products or with delivery, use or performance of the same (where such liability arises from a claim based on contract, warranty, tort or otherwise) exceed the actual amount paid for all products. ShippingAll shipments are freight on board (FOB) shipping point. LBL is not liable for any loss or damage to the product during the course of shipment. This includes accidents, theft, vandalism, labor difficulties or disputes, weather extremes, other acts of nature, or any other circumstances causing a delay in delivery. Shipping charges, if applicable, are prepaid and added to your invoice. Normally all items are shipped in a single shipment. If this is not possible, we will ship a partial order. Additional freight charges may be applied to partial shipments. If you do not want a partial shipment, please indicate this when placing your order. Taxes & DutiesNo Canadian sales taxes are applied on international orders. However, the purchaser is solely responsible for any associated import taxes and duties imposed.
